  • Baseline is the foundation of the Signal System. It helps stabilize the system so everything else can work more consistently and predictably.
     

Restore — Recover

Circulate— Acuity

The Signal Method

 

 

  1. Stabilize
    We first stabilize the system using Baseline to establish more consistent and predictable system behavior
  2. Identify Interference
    We identify the dominant source of interference or instability within the physiological system.
  3. Apply a Targeted Module
    We apply a targeted module designed to support the specific area that needs the most support (recovery, digestion, energy, stress capacity, calm, focus, or performance).
  4. Reassess
    We reassess the response to determine whether stability and function have improved.
  5. Adapt
    We adapt over time — adding, removing, or changing modules — to improve stability, increase capacity, and move toward higher levels of performance.
